Step-by-Step Guide for Online Application Form & Payment

1 Create Student Account

  • Go to the university application portal: https://apply.cauc.edu.gh
  • Click on "CREATE ACCOUNT"
  • Fill in the form with your personal details:
    • First Name and Surname
    • Birth Date
    • Email Address
    • Mobile Number
    • Student Type (SSSCE/WASSCE, Top Up, or Matured Student)
Important:

Check that all information is correct before proceeding.

2 Submit & Pay

  • After filling the form, click "CREATE STUDENT ACCOUNT & PAY"
  • You will be redirected to the payment page
  • Complete the payment using your preferred method (MTN MoMo, card, etc)
  • Wait for payment approval from your selected payment method
Important:

Make sure the payment is approved. Do not close the page until confirmation is received.

3 Continue on the Application Portal

  • After payment approval, click on "Verify Payment" or refresh if payment is successful
  • You will see a "Continue" link. Click on it to continue
Important:

This step is mandatory. The system only verifies the payment once you return to the portal.

4 Receive PIN & Serial Number

  • After you click on "Continue", the system will verify your payment again
  • Your serial code and PIN code will be generated and displayed
Important:

You may also receive these via email if your email was correctly entered.

Save the serial code and PIN for completing your application or accessing any other related services.

5 Confirm Application Completion

  • You can now log in to your account to confirm that your application is complete
Important Note:

If you do not complete Step 3, your payment may succeed but your application data will not be saved, and you will not receive your PIN/serial code.
